i am so healthy

1. it's amazing, but i seem to be doing more healthful activities. this coincides with the introduction of a new personal force in my life which is not causal, but which is most surely related.
2. acupuncture twice a week for the past two weeks or so.
3. yoga class on tuesday has given me hope that i, too, can perform and share yoga.
4. look forward to the challenge of walking up excessive riverdale steps.
