things that have made today a high quality day
1. i've rekindled my connection with tomatoes. over the winter months, i have not been attracted to tomatoes with the exception of tomato products which appear and are featured in hearty sauces.
2. my coffee was very, very good this morning.
3. work was productive and energetically positive today.
4. i am able to communicate through one of my webmail accounts, making me think that the authorities have only blocked the usual suspects, being aol, microsoft, hotmail, yahoo.
