2. settled crack-nonsense with netbank, reviving my trust and respect in and for them.
3. made the decision to de-activate my paypal account, because they suck ass.
4. took out garbage.
5. washed dishes.
6. took out newspaper.
7. checked mail.
8. "made" bed.
9. purchased newspaper.
10. observed inklike emissions from my body, accompanied by nausea and dizziness. connected strange odor and color with vietnamese mussels consumed last night at monsoon, (another) upper west side eatery.
11. fed turtle.
12. watered cats.
13. washed hands many times.
14. applied homeopathic remedy to certain areas of right hand fingers.
15. thought about the fact that each one of us is the messiah.

people, places and things that are annoying me

my exciting, cosmopolitan day and its contents
1. awoke very, very early, before 8am.

3. "played around" on the computer.
4. walked to spuyten dyvel train station.
5. caught this manhattan-bound metroliner and sat.
6. attempted to eat so-called "apple" but it sucked ass, so i
7. gave it to my darling to hold for me.
8. received yummy, important, spiritual gossip.

sadly, i became bored with my own day, one that contained glamour, friendship, connection, good coffee.

things i just won in a frantic bidding war on ebay
1. vintage, two-tone bicycle seat with springs. this is to replace the one that was lifted off my bicycle when it was stationed outside my brooklyn crib.
2. 60s bicycle light, possibly from sears. this is to illuminate my bicycle for dusk runs to cvs or the meat-o-mat.

Monday

places i think i want to go this summer
1. lake george. a tacky motel in lake george. a tacky motel with a great, old, pink neon sign in lake george.
2. fire island. a quiet, scenic spot. preferably without disco music or any noise at all, aside from the sound of the pages of the new york times, turning. and the sound of shiitake mushrooms and zucchini grilling.
3. cape cod. preferably a spot without rainbow or dolphin-themed jewelry or the sound of melissa etheridge or the indigo girls blaring during cocktail hour.
4. my alma-mater in binghamton, ny. it's a pretty drive up there, and i want to visit the radio station, whrw. maybe i'll learn something, even.

12. received telephone call from mother.
13. reviewed mother's golf lesson, wedding attire, experience of yesterday's inclement weather.

17. heard loud horn-blowing noise coming from outside, felt angry.
18. took bottle of revolting "shav," a passover food, and went downstairs, prepared to pour contents of bottle over offender's car.
19. was met by uninteresting and humorless elderly man, who urged me to call the police.
20. noted that horn-blowing did not have an actual person associated with it.
21. was told by old man to donate the $1.29 that the shav cost to charity, and that it wasn't very nice to pour shav on someone's car.
22. returned to check email.

recent additions to my food categories
1. chicken, as in antiobiotic, cage, and stress-free chicken, organic, no skin or bones or other biological inconveniences.
2. chicken and ______ (fill in the blanks) sausages. no sugar or other crap.
3. meat. red. rare.
4. organic, baby spinach. this has been a vital presence in the past, but it is now enjoying a renaissance.
5. cream of brown rice cereal. made with sea salt, flaxseed oil and nori flakes.

things that amaze me
1. how painful my menses has been, this cycle and last.
2. how amazing the universe is, in that it provides a mirror image of things i should see, so that i can make certain changes to those things i would see in said mirror.
3. how long i hold on to people, places and things that do not in any way serve my highest good.
