what i've eaten today, so far
1. espresso.
2. half an organic grapefruit.
3. two ("2") chicken/black olive/mushroom sausages.
4. two ("2") wild rice cakes.
5. tiny pancake of leftover cream of brown rice cereal.
6. half cup part-skim ricotta cheese.
7. more espresso.
