1. i wrote a prayer about removing the mask of the mean-spirited roadhouse and read it to my prayer partner, who enjoyed it.
2. mochi is my new, favorite snack food.
3. when the mochi cube is all puffed up into a little popover type form, i enjoy slicing it open and inserting things into it.
4. today, i inserted baby salad greens coated in a lovely lemony vinaigrette; goat cheese; half a boiled egg.
5. kosher salt rocks.
6. i feel better when not eating wheat or sugar.
7. i am kind of lazy about schlepping down from riverdale.
8. i am kind of lazy about doing various administrative tasks, such as:
(a) returning the fucking verizon modem to fucking verizon with a hate letter enclosed.
(b) sending a polite letter to the mta asking for a refund for a metro card that never appeared, but for which i was charged.
(c) shipping off the half.com purchase made weeks ago. surely, some annoyed customer will be complaining.
